By using this card you agree to the following: A low network fee applies to some destinations. Rates and Fees subject to change without notice. Calls are billed in 1, 3, or 5 min. increments. A $0.99 surcharge applies to calls from payphones. Calls to cellular receivers may be billed at a higher rate. A $0.79 maintenance charge applies next day after first use and then weekly thereafter. Local and/or regional phone company charges may apply. Use of toll free access is subject to additional charge. Other charges may apply. Rate changes, taxes, fees will have effect on reducing total number of minutes advertised. A pin maintenance surcharge of upto 20% may apply.
