By buying and using this product, customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. All rates are subject to change without notice. This product will deliver the maximum available minutes if used in a single call. Announced and delivered minutes assume that card is used in a single call from a landline the day of first use. All or part of the following terms will apply during and after the call. Calls are charged at higher rates if card is used to make multiple calls. All calls are rounded to one minute increments. Up to $ 0.01 will apply by using the Toll Free access number. Up to 35% distribution fee will apply. A 69 cents first maintenance fee will be charged at midnight after first completed call. A maintenance fee of 70 cents will be charged weekly thereafter. A $ 1.15 will be charged for each attempt to use a payphone iin accordance with the FCC mandates. A $ 0.20 access charge will apply to $2.00 cards. All cards are subject to de-activation without notice. Maintenance fees and service fees may apply, for more detail on rates and other charges, please consult the customer service.
