By using this service, you agree: announced minutes are subject to change without notice. All announced rates assume cards are used on one call. All calls are subject to up to 40% distribution fee. Calls from payphone will be assessed a 79 cents surcharge in accordance with FCC mandates. Minutes are rounded in increments of up to 3 minutes. A maintenance fee applies after first call and will apply weekly thereafter. Calls to international cellular phones may be billed at higher rates. International rates vary by country. Call customer service for specific charges, fees and rates. Cards expire 3 months from first usage. Maintenance fees and service fees may apply, for more detail on rates and other charges, please consult the customer service.
