By using this card you agree to the following: higher per minute rate applies to calls made via toll free access numbers; higher per minute rate applies for International cellular termination; the maximum rate per minute for all US domestic calls is $0.21; a $0.99 fee applies the 2nd day after first use and again every 5 days thereafter; an additional FCC charge of $0.79 applies when calling from a pay phone; a maximum per call charge of $0.99 applies; this card expires 6 months after first use.
