By using this card, you agree to the following: TRates and fees vary and are subject to change. Rates are higher for international cellular, Alaska, and Hawaii termination. Higher rates apply to calls originated from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. $0.30 connection fee applies. Calls are billed in three minutes increments. A post call fee applies after each call, as low as one cant, and not to exceed two dollars, depending upon countries called. All calls made from pay phone are subject to a $0.70 charge. A $0.49 semi-montly charge applies after first day. Advertised and announced minutes are based on per-minutes rates, before fees and surcharges are applied. DISPUTES AGAINST DISTRIBUTOR WILL NOT BE HEARD BY A JURY OR IN A COURT AND MAY NOT BE MADE PART OF A CLASS ACTION. Card may be deactivated without notice if fraud is reasonably suspected.
