By using this card, you agree to the following: all calls are subject to one to four minute rounding. An eighty five cent FCC mandated surcharge applies to calls from payphones. A $1.87 service fee will apply. Calls to international mobile phones may be billed at a higher rate. Ninety nine cents maintenance fee applies midnight after 1st call and weekly thereafter. Local and/or regional phone company charges may apply when placing calls using the local access numbers. Rates and fees can change without prior notice. Rate changes, fees, and taxes reduce the number of advertised minutes. Card expires after 60 days after 1st use. For more detail on rates and other charges, please consult the customer service.
