Terms and Condition
By using and using this product, customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. All rates are subject to change without notice. This product will deliver the maximum available minutes if used in a single call. Announced and delivered minutes assume that cards is used in a single call from a landline the day of first use. All or part of the following terms will apply during and after the calls. Calls are charged at higher rates if card is used to make multiple calls. All calls are rounded to one minute increments. Up to $ 0.01 will apply by using the toll free access number. Up to 35% distribution fee will apply. A 69 cents first maintenance fee will be charged at midnight after first completed call. A maintenance fee of 70 cents will be charged weekly thereafter. A $ 1.15 will be charged for each attemp to use a payphone. A 20 cents access charge will apply to $2 cards.

Neither card provider, network provider nor PhoneCardsAvenue.com (“Distributor”) make any warranty, express or implied, regarding the condition or fitness of the services offered for any particular use or purpose. The Distributor’s liability shall be limited to: direct damages for personal or property injury, and for all other claims, an amount equal to the value of this Card. In no event will the Distributor be liable for PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, RELIANCE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The exclusive remedy for all disputes against Distributor arising out of purchase or use of Card, except for matters taken to small claims court, is arbitration by a single arbitrator under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA. DISPUTES AGAINST DISTRIBUTOR WILL NOT BE HEARD BY A JURY OR IN A COURT AND MAY NOT BE MADE PART OF A CLASS ACTION. Card may be deactivated without notice if fraud is reasonably suspected.
