Customer will get better minutes by using the Local Access No.s Using the Toll Free (800) No. may reduce the delivered minutes. The customer, by purchasing and using this product, acknowledges the following terms of use: Rates and announced minutes are subject to change without notice. In order to use the maximum available minutes. Cards must be used in a single call. Up to 40% additional charges will apply to multiple calls made using the same card. A $0.59 maintenance fee will apply after the first call and weekly after that. Sunycell, Inc. reserves the right to charge up to 40% distribution fee on calls made using this product. Using public or pay phone is subject to a $1.15 fee per attempt as required by the FCC regulations. International cellular rates vary by country. All terminated minutes are rounded to 2-3 minutes increments. Customers can check our announced rates on available posters and can call customer service for further assistance. Sunycell, Inc. is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from incomplete termination, poor quality, or lack of performance shall not exceed the charges for the related calls. Sunycell, In. shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, damages resulting from the use of this product.
