Surcharges and fees will affect actual number of minutes delivered. By purchasing or using this card, you accept these terms: Card is valid for 60 days from first use. A $0.79 per week maintenance fee applies 24 hours after first completed call. A payphone surcharge of $0.99 applies. A network maintenance charge up to $0.49 per call may be applied inder certain circumstances. Rates are subject to change without notice.
