Application of surcharges and fees will have the effect of reduction total minutes actually received on the card from the minutes announced. Calls placed to mobile telephones may be billed at a higher rate. Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and have no cash redemption value. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
